Conference Fee

    The conference fee is dependent on a positive opinion of the article for publication in the monograph. The acceptance of the manuscript and as a result of the charge Conference participants will be informed no later than 15th July 2014. In the application to participate, please pre-select your preferred fee package:

Package I is 800.00 PLN (brutto) and includes: –  Participation in the Conference,
–  Review of the paper,
–  Publication in the monograph,
–  Meals during the conference (including dinner).
Package II is 500.00 PLN (brutto) and includes:
 –  Participation in the Conference,
–  Meals during the conference (including dinner).

The conference fee must be paid the correct amount after receiving whether to accept the article no later than 15th October 2014. Account number will be given in the Bulletin No. 1B.

Due to the statutory need to issue VAT-invoices within a specified time we commit Participants to submit, not later than the date of the fee payment, all data necessary to issue an invoice. Participants who will not send detailed information at the time of payment will not be able to receive the invoice. Required data are:

Name and surname
Name and address of the institution
VAT identification number of the institution

Conference Office may send invoices by post (that need to be clearly expressed in the mail). Participants might also receive VAT invoices on the day of the conference.
